Dear Winship Green Staff;
I want you to know what very special people you all are. The family of J.C. is so very thankful you have been there for him and us. He entered your skilled facility May 3, 2007 at 4 p.m. needing almost total care and 2 strong assists. On June 29, 2007 he returned home using his walker and minimal assist. THANK YOU!!!
All of his OT, Speech and PT Therapists have been outstanding! I sing your praises to all I know, including a couple of my PT friends.
To your nursing staff including Sherry Tucker (I especially thank you for the extra support the first ten days my dad was there) and CNAs Angel and Cassie I say a special thank you. I seemed to see you most frequently and you provided excellent care. Please know you and all his aides are his angels.
I thank your Utilization Review Coordinator, Lisa, for admitting my dad on such short notice and for all your support and guidance. I thank Lauren, your social worker, for her time and work. Dana, we thank you for your patience and good humor when transporting our dad. Joyce Lewis, food service tech, thank you. You are so friendly and kind.
